This place is hidden to most people that drive past the strip mall it’s located in and quite possibly the best Sushi / Korean Restaurant in Newburgh. Been going to this establishment for more than 6 years now and its always on point. They’re Sushi and Sashimi is always fresh and quality. What i usually always get is the Bulgogi or the Bibimbap. They also have a good selection of cocktails and desserts. Side note: Get the Fried Ice Cream.

This place is 5 stars 🌟 in every category. The waitress and staff were so pleasant and attentive. The sushi was amazing 👏🏽!. Make sure you try some of the delicious plum wine😋🍷

Very delicious! I've had the food as take-out before but totally different having everything fresh to the table! Awesome flavor! I am NOT a sushi person but I went out of my zone to try 3 of the most popular rolls - would absolutely get again!

Our group ordered a variety of dishes, from bowls to salmon to sushi. All had high quality and fresh ingredients. Staff was attentive and kind. It might be worth noting that it was afternoon on Christmas Eve, a very quiet time.

Authentic. Great Vegetarian options for Appetizers and Entrees. Mango avocado sushi made with brown rice is a favorite. Special Lunch Bento boxes, one with Toba Tofu and the other Bento Box made with Tempura Vegetables is a Family go to. Dinner option is a yummy hot stone pot. Itzmi employees are always attentive, cordial, and efficient when dining in and on pick up to take out. Family friendly atmosphere, without being rushed, makes Itzmi a stress free and delicious dining experience for us over a decade now. Grateful it survived Covid! Plenty of parking right outside its doors is a plus all year round.

I normally do take out but decided to go and go for dinner as food has always been good when doing take out. Nice quiet place, with super friendly staff and great food. I went on a Tuesday night for dinner and it was pretty busy, clear indication of how good the food is. Indefinitely recommend to pay them a visit.

Even though this is a Japanese restaurant, actually has very authentic Korean food. The spicy wings are straight up Korean friend chicken wings and were so good! Also recommend the hot stone pot. Very tasty. Pleasantly surprised and left feeling very satisfied. The staff was also very friendly. Great service!

One of the best Japanese restaurants in orange county. Never disappoints and the staff are always super friendly. The food is delicious and on point. Have always been a regular here.
